Abstract:
A double-sided coating method and device, the device comprising a front side coating die head (1) and a reverse side coating die head (2), the front side coating die head (1) and the reverse side coating die head (2) being located at a feed port side of a drying box (3); further comprised is at least one tension roller (4), the tension roller (4) being in contact with a front side of a material tape, being used for changing the advancing direction of the material tape, and dividing the same along the advancing direction of the material tape into a front side coating area (5) and a reverse side coating area (6); the reverse side coating die head (2) is disposed at any position within the reverse side coating area (6). During coating, the reverse side coating die head (2) first coats an electrode material on a reverse side of the material tape, and then the front side coating die head (1) coats the electrode material on the front side of the material tape. The double-sided coating method and device have the advantages of not experiencing missed coating, preventing the electrode material from flowing down, and ensuring uniform coating thickness.
