Abstract:
Disclosed is a novel drill chuck, provided with a drill chuck main body (1), a rear body (2), and a jaw (3). The drill chuck main body (1) is provided with a jaw bore (4) and the jaw (3) is located in the jaw bore (4). The jaw (3) is provided with jaw internal threads (17), the rear body (2) is provided with rear body external threads (16), the jaw internal threads (17) and the rear body external threads (16) mate with each other, and the lead angle of the rear body external threads (16) and the jaw internal threads (17) is in a range of 2.08°≤α≤9.76°. The structure is widely applicable to the machining field, and can solve the problem of a jam due to too tight a clearance, or a lack of reliability due to too loose a clearance, between an internally threaded drill chuck jaw and the rear body.
