An electric welding machine, comprising: a housing (1) having thermally conductive performance; and a circuit board (6), mounted in the housing (1). The circuit board (6) is provided with a low-voltage component side and a high-voltage component side, the low-voltage component side is at least provided with one low-voltage component (2) packaged by a thermally conductive insulating shell (3), and the high-voltage component side is at least provided with one high-voltage component (5); the thermally conductive insulating shell (3) is in contact fit with an inner wall surface of the housing (1); the high-voltage component (5) is fixed on a heat sink (4) on the circuit board (6). The low-voltage component (2) is packaged by the thermally conductive insulating shell (3), thereby avoiding the safety problem of electric leakage or the like, and then the packaged low-voltage component (2) is fixed on the aluminum profile housing (1), thereby realizing a better heat dissipation effect. Moreover, compared with conventional aluminum profile heat sink designs mounted on circuit boards, it is not required to use the aluminum profile heat sinks, thereby reducing the loss of aluminum profiles; moreover, the heat is dissipated by means of the aluminum profile housing (1), so that heat dissipation of the high-voltage component (5) by means of the aluminum profile heat sink is also facilitated, thereby improving the heat dissipation effect.
