Abstract:
Disclosed are a novel fed-batch culture method and a novel culture apparatus, each of which is characterized in that a fed-batch culture medium that is not fed to a main culture vessel yet is stored at a low temperature in a fed-batch culture vessel. The method and the apparatus enable the improvement in the amplification of cells and the yield and physical properties of a protein.
