Abstract:
The invention relates to the field of fluorescent dye, specifically, a novel fluorescent compound having large Stokes shift. Said fluorescent compound can be used for nucleic acid and polypeptide modifications, and the Stokes shift can be up to approximately 190nm, that is, having a large wavelength difference between maximum emission wavelength and maximum excitation wavelength. Thereby, the problems of self-quenching and measurement error caused by crosstalk and backscattering during measurement are solved.
