Title:
NOVEL FLUORESCENT PROBE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/095946
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a novel fluorescent probe capable of detecting the enzyme activity of a biomarker highly specific to breast cancer with high sensitivity and high selectivity, by using red fluorescence having a longer wavelength as a response. [Solution] This fluorescent probe is for detecting puromycin-sensitive aminopeptidase (PSA) and includes a compound represented by formula (I) and a salt thereof [in the formula: A represents an alanine residue; B represents an amino acid residue; A is linked with an adjacent N atom by forming an amide bond therewith; B is link with A by forming an amide bond therewith; X represents Si(Ra)(Rb), Ge(Ra)(Rb), Sn(Ra)(Rb), C(Ra)(Rb), P(=O)(Ra), or O (here, Ra and Rb each independently represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, or an aryl group); R1 represents a hydrogen atom or 1-4 identical or different substituent groups independently selected from the group consisting of alkyl groups, carboxyl groups, ester groups, alkoxy groups, amide groups, and azido groups, which are all optionally substituted; R2 represents a hydrogen atom, a hydroxyl group, a cyano group, or an optionally substituted alkyl group, alkoxy group, aryl, or heteroaryl; R3 and R4 each independently represent 1-3 identical or different substituent groups independently selected from the group consisting of a hydrogen atom, a hydroxyl group, halogen atoms, and optionally substituted alkyl groups, sulfo groups, carboxyl groups, ester groups, amide groups, and azido groups; and R5, R6, and R7 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group, where R6 or R7 together with R4 optionally form a ring structure including respective nitrogen atoms bound thereto].
