Abstract:

It is intended to provide novel fused ring indazole compounds having an excellent JNK inhibitory effect. More specifically, compounds represented by the following general formula, salts thereof or hydrates of the same are provided: (I) wherein Z¹¹ and Z¹² independently represent each carbonyl, methylene, etc.; ---- represents a double or single bond; R^1a represents hydrogen, etc.; the ring A represents a benzene ring, a naphthalene ring or a 5- to 10-membered heteroaryl group; and R^2a, R^2b and R^2c independently represent each (1) hydrogen, (2) halogeno, (3) nitro, etc.
