Abstract:
Disclosed by the present invention is a novel high-performance anti-corrosion and waterproof environment-friendly material, comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-45 parts of chloroprene rubber, 20-30 parts of polyvinyl chloride resin, 10-15 parts of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin, 6-10 parts of zinc oxide, 3-8 parts of benzoic acid, 10-15 parts of white carbon black, 4-9 parts of butylated hydroxytoluene, 4-9 parts of zinc soap, 3-8 parts of dihydropyridine, 2-8 parts of a photo-stabilizer, and 8-15 parts of a waterborne water-proofing agent. Further provided by the present invention is a preparation method for the novel high-performance anti-corrosion and waterproof environment-friendly material. According to the method, the novel material is obtained by blending vulcanized rubber with resin at a high temperature and then adding additives.
