Abstract:
A novel high-sensitive underwater push button switch, comprising an upper cover (1), a lower cover (2), and a hollow block (3). The upper cover (1) and the lower cover (2) are made of an elastic material; the hollow block (3) is made of a rigid material; both ends of a via hole of the hollow block (3) are sealed by the upper cover (1) and the lower cover (2), respectively; a mounting block (5) is provided in the via hole of the hollow block (3); the mounting block (5) is provided with a bridge cut-off block (6) which is made of a conductive material and provided with two unconnected bosses that are each connected to a conductive line; a button fixing seat (8) is provided in the via hole of the hollow block (3) and is provided with a button cap (9); the button cap (9) is made of a conductive material and overlaps the two bosses to electrically connect the conductive lines; a guide means capable of enabling the button cap (9) to move straightly relative to the bridge cut-off block (6) is provided in the via hole of the hollow block (3); a moving member fixedly connected to the button fixing seat (8) is provided in the guide means; both ends of the moving member press against the inner walls of the upper cover (1) and the lower cover (2), respectively; pressure transferred to both ends of the moving member from water pressure by means of the upper cover (1) and the lower cover (2) is equal; in the case where no external force other than the water pressure is applied on the moving member, the moving member maintains constant, and the button cap (9) maintains constant relative to the bridge cut-off block (6).
