Abstract:
A novel incision-free adaptive urinary continence TVT-XO sling for treating urinary incontinence, comprising a sling body (1), and characterized in that: the sling body (1) comprises a left sling (11) and a right sling (12); the left sling (11) and the right sling (12) each comprises a mesh band (13); one of the mesh band (13) is provided with a fixing anchor (14) for fixing one end of the sling body (1) between the obturator fascia and the obturator externus muscle of the pelvis; the other ends of the mesh bands (13) of the left sling (11) and the right sling (12) are respectively provided with male and female snap buckle members (15); the left sling (11) and the right sling (12) are combined by means of insertion of the male and female snap buckle members (15) to form a cross structure, which is shaped like a Chinese character "又", of the body.
