Abstract:
A novel industrial boiler using electronic descaling technology, comprising a separator (1), a coal grinder (2), a hopper (3), a boiler body (4), a combustion chamber (5), a steam generator (6), an air pre-heater (7), a dust remover (8), and a chimney (9), the hopper (3) being connected to the coal grinder (2), the grinder (2) being connected to the combustion chamber (5) by means of the separator (1), the boiler body (4) being arranged above the combustion chamber (5), the combustion chamber (5) being connected to the air pre-heater (7) by means of the steam generator (6), and the air pre-heater (7) being connected to the chimney (9) by means of the dust remover (8). The present novel industrial boiler using electronic descaling technology purifies the exhaust produced by the combustion chamber (5) by means of the dust remover (8), reducing the emission of pollutants and mitigating air pollution, and uses a high-frequency oscillation signal produced by a descaling circuit to limit the production of water scale, ensuring the normal operation of the boiler and increasing the safety of the boiler.
