Abstract:
The present utility model provides a novel integrated microarray biochip, comprising at least one chip and a carrier used for fixing and loading the chip. The chip comprises a chip main body and a bottom plate mounted at the bottom of the chip main body; the chip main body is provided with a plurality of micropores and a water tank; the water tank surrounds all the micropores. The integrated microarray biochip of the present utility model has advantages such as high analysis speed, low reagent consumption, easiness in integration, and high-throughput analysis, can overcome limitation of high-throughput drug screening, can be configured to be matched with a standard microwell plate such as a 384-well plate or a 1536-well plate in specification so as to adapt to a wide conventional test device, and has a low access threshold. Moreover, the microarray biochip can be suitable for different scene requirements by forming 2D cells or 3D organs having different condensation densities, and a multi-dimensional research platform is provided for cell-based high-throughput drug screening, tissue engineering, and biosensors.
