Title:
NOVEL INTERNET OF THINGS-BASED COMPRESSED AIR PURIFICATION SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/147901
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A novel Internet of Things-based compressed air purification system comprises a central control device and a purification mechanism which are wireless connected. The purification mechanism comprises an air compression mechanism (1), a cooling and separation mechanism, a storage mechanism (4), and a filtering and purification mechanism which are sequentially connected. In the novel Internet of Things-based compressed air purification system, a resonant circuit consisting of a second inductor (L2), a third inductor (L3), an adjustable capacitor (Cp1), and a third capacitor (C3) in a wireless transmitter circuit ensures transmission of a signal within a specific frequency, thereby increasing interference resistance against an external signal. The adjustable capacitor (Cp1) is used to fine tune a frequency so as to increase practicability of the wireless transmitter circuit. Moreover, a drier-filter unit (5) and a dryer (6) are used to perform drying and filtering on compressed air, and a fine filter (7) is used to fully filter the compressed air, thereby ensuring quality of the compressed air. Furthermore, a heat absorption channel (2-6) is used to absorb heat in an aftercooler (2), thereby increasing an energy utilization rate of the system.
