Abstract:
The present invention relates to Siphoviridae bacteriophage Lac-BRP-1 (accession No. KCTC 12659BP) isolated from nature, characterized by having an ability to specifically kill Lactobacillus brevis and the genome represented by SEQ ID NO: 1, and to a method for preventing or treating the contamination with Lactobacillus brevis using a composition containing the same as an active ingredient.
