Abstract:
A novel LED lamp, comprising an insulation heat dissipation shell (4), a driving power source (3), a reflecting shade (2), a light source plate (7), a lens (6) and an upper cover (1). The output end of the driving power source (3) is connected to a pair of contact pins (31), and the input end of the driving power source (3) is connected to a pair of guide pins (32). An accommodation cavity (5) is formed at the bottom of the insulation heat dissipation shell (4) and used for accommodating the driving power source (3), a pair of installation holes matching the guide pins (32) are formed at the bottom of the accommodation cavity (5), and the guide pins (32) at the input end penetrate out from the installation holes. The outer wall of the reflecting shade (2) is closely attached to the inner wall of the insulation heat dissipation shell (4). The reflecting shade (2) comprises a heat dissipation shade body and a bottom plate, and the heat dissipation shade body and the bottom plate are integrally formed. The bottom plate is provided with a pair of perforation holes, the light source plate (7) is fixed to the bottom plate, and the contact pins (31) penetrate out of the perforation holes to be electrically connected to the light source plate (7). The middle of the upper cover (1) is provided with an opening, the lens (6) is fixed to the opening in the middle of the upper cover (1), and the upper cover (1) is detachably connected to the top of a glass shade. The LED lamp guarantees the heat dissipation effect and the electric safety, saves a lot of space and reduces the manufacturing cost.
