The present invention relates to a novel derivative of lobaric acid, a preparation method therefor and a use thereof, and relates to: a novel lobaric acid derivative which has excellent PTP-1B inhibitory activity that is far higher than that of conventional lobaric acid derivatives and which can be orally administered, and thus is very effective in the prevention or treatment of diabetes or obesity through oral administration; a preparation method therefor; and a use thereof.
