Abstract:
Disclosed is a novel lockset structure, comprising a housing, a rotating sleeve, steel beads, an inner sleeve, a torsion spring, a pressure spring and a pull rod; the housing is provided with a movable cavity, one end of the movable cavity is provided with a through hole, the inner side of the through hole is provided with a conical surface, the radius of the conical surface increases towards the other end of the movable cavity along the through hole, and the conical surface is provided with avoidance grooves corresponding to the steel beads; the rotating sleeve is arranged in the movable cavity, and one end of the rotating sleeve is movably arranged in the conical surface in a matching manner, and is provided with a plurality of steel bead grooves; the rotating sleeve is provided with shaft holes, and the bottoms of the steel bead grooves are in communication with the shaft holes; the steel beads are movably arranged between all the steel bead grooves and the conical surface in a matching manner separately; the inner sleeve is clamped on the periphery of the rotating sleeve in a sleeved manner; the torsion spring is arranged in the movable cavity, such that the rotating sleeve rotates to reset, and the steel bead grooves and the avoidance grooves are staggered from each other; the pressure spring is arranged between the inner sleeve and the other end of the movable cavity, such that the inner sleeve drives the rotating sleeve to axially move and reset; and the pull rod penetrates the shaft holes to come into contact with the steel beads, such that the steel beads move on the conical surface. According to the present invention, locking is particularly realized when a key is pushed in, unlocking is realized when the key is rotated, and the lockset structure has the functions of quick locking, quick unlocking, and locking.
