Abstract:
A novel metallized film for a capacitor, comprising a base film and a metal layer. The metal layer is evaporated on the base film 1; the metal layer is an aluminium layer, a zinc layer or a zinc-aluminium alloy layer; a blank region on which the metal layer is not plated is arranged on an end edge in the width direction of the base film 1; and the metal layer is composed of a region 1, a region 2 and a region 3 according to sheet resistance values, wherein the region 1 is an edge-thickened region, the region 2 is a low sheet resistance region, the region 3 is a high sheet resistance region, and the regions are on a metallized film, the sheet resistance of the region 2 being less than or equal to the sheet resistance of the region 3 and being greater than or equal to the sheet resistance of the region 1, and the sheet resistance values being step-shaped. The novel metallized film for a capacitor has the advantages of a high withstanding voltage and a powerful ripple current bearing capability.
