Abstract:
The present invention relates to a novel method for preparing an allyl carbonate compound and to a resin composition for optics using same, and more particularly, for providing a preparation method for acquiring an allyl carbonate compound by preliminarily ester exchange-reacting the allyl carbonate with unsaturated alcohol with the presence of a catalyst to achieve a diallyl carbonate compound, adding a polyhydric alcohol to same, and enriching same by distilling under reduced pressure, and for providing a resin composition for optics using same, which has a higher Abbe value and superior APHA, by means of the acquired allyl carbonate alone, or by mixing unsaturated carboxylate or a vinyl monomer, .
