The present invention relates to a novel Lactobacillus rhamnosus KBL2290 strain and a composition comprising same, wherein the strain shows various activities such as improving intestinal flora, anti-inflammation, and strengthening intestinal tight junctions. Therefore, the present invention can be preferably used as medicines and health-functional foods for intestinal-related diseases.
