Abstract:

The present invention relates to a novel modified cellulose and a preparation method therefor and, more specifically, to: a novel modified cellulose, which is prepared into short and thin nanofibrils by developing a new method, differing from a conventional method, in a process for preparing cellulose through a mechanical method, and exhibits excellent long-term viscosity stability and the other improved physical properties such as a moisturizing effect by having a specific degree of substitution; and a preparation method therefor.
