Abstract:
A novel nickel-chromium-cobalt-molybdenum high-temperature alloy seamless pipe for use in a power station, comprising the following components by weight percentage: C: 0.03-0.10％, Si≤1.0％, Mn≤0.70％, P≤0.012％, S≤0.008％, Cr: 20.00-24.00％, Co: 10.00-15.00％, Al: 0.70-1.50％, Ti: 0.20-0.70％, Mo: 8.00-10.00％, Fe≤2.00％, Cu≤0.5％, B: 0.001-0.006％, Pb≤0.005％, Sb≤0.005％, Bi≤0.001％, Sn≤0.010％, As≤0.010％, and the remainder being Ni and trace elements; by means of adding a certain quantity of elements such as Co, Mo, and B, using vacuum induction + vacuum self-consumption and hot extrusion + full cold rolling, and finally performing solid-solution treatment, the alloy seamless pipe has good structural stability, mechanical properties, and process performance.
