A non-stretching precise roller press, comprising an unwinding mechanism (1) and a winding mechanism (2), a preheating roller press (3), a soft roller press (4) and a shaping roller press (5) being provided in sequence, in the direction from the unwinding mechanism to the winding mechanism, between the unwinding mechanism and the winding mechanism. The preheating roller press performs compression on an electrode sheet under a heating condition, and the compression ratio of the preheating roller press is 30-40%; a movable roller of the soft roller press is located above a soft rubber pad, the electrode sheet is compressed by the soft rubber pad, and the compression ratio of the soft roller press is 30-40%; and the shaping roller press performs shaping compression on the electrode sheet so as to ensure the thickness of the electrode sheet to be uniform, and the compression ratio of the shaping roller press is 20-40%. The non-stretching precise roller press can effectively prevent an electrode sheet of a lithium battery from stretching during the rolling process.
