Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a novel non-woven fabric wound dressing, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The wound dressing is prepared from modified polyester fibers, modified chitosan fibers and modified calcium alginate fibers by means of a spunlaced or needling non-woven processing procedure, wherein the modified polyester fibers are 20-40 parts by mass, the modified chitosan fibers are 10-20 parts by mass, and the modified calcium alginate fibers are 10-40 parts by mass; the modified polyester fibers contain 5-10 wt% of nano silver, the modified chitosan fibers contain 0.1-1 wt% of copper ions, and the modified calcium alginate fibers contain 0.1-2 wt% of zinc ions. Also disclosed is an application of the novel non-woven fabric wound dressing in skin wound covering dressings. According to the wound dressing, the antibacterial effect can penetrate through the whole wound healing process, the effects of promoting angiogenesis, promoting reepithelization and the like can be achieved, and therefore the effective promoting or auxiliary accelerating effect is achieved in the wound healing process.
