Abstract:
An oil-free air compressor, the compressor comprising a motor spindle (15), an eccentric crank (7), a rotary pump body (13), and an inner rotor plunger (12); the central axis O3 of the eccentric crank rotates around the axis of rotation O1 of the motor spindle; the eccentric crank drives the inner rotor plunger to rotate, driving the rotary pump body to make a rotating movement around the axis of rotation O2 of the rotary pump body and, simultaneously, the inner rotor plunger slides in a reciprocating manner inside the rotary pump body to implement a gas compression process; the axial distance between the axis of rotation O1 and the central axis O3 is greater than the axial distance between the axis of rotation O1 and the axis of rotation O2. The present oil-free air compressor has a low exhaust temperature, good heat dissipation performance, and high cooling efficiency, and has the advantages of the discharge pressure capacity of a piston air compressor and the low vibration and low noise of a rotary compressor, and has clean oil-free compressed air, a simple and highly reliable structure, and a small size facilitating installation and placement.
