Abstract:
The present invention provides a novel stable phthalocyanine-based compound that has a 20π-electron structure. This compound is represented by general formula (1) (in general formula (1), each Q independently represents an alkyl group having 1-16 carbon atoms, or a ring formed by two Q's bonded together so as to include therein, along with a nitrogen atom, a carbon atom adjacent to the Q, and A represents a group represented by formula (A1) or (A2)) (In formula (A1), R1-R3 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a hydroxyl group, a monovalent hydrocarbon group, or an alkoxy group.)
