The present invention relates to: a novel Pichia kudriavzevii strain NG7 showing heat resistance and acid resistance; a composition, for producing organic acid or alcohol, which comprises the strain and a cultured product of same; and a method, for producing organic acid or alcohol, which comprises a step for culturing the strain.
