The present invention relate to a novel stimulating factor for hematopoietic stem cell and vascular endothelial growth, namely hemangiopoietin (HAPO), the characteristic is base on a known sequence, make a few kinds of primer to PCR amplification obtain a series of gene segments, by double-enzyme restrict site, clone to prokaryotic expression carrier, provides 879 bp and 558 bp two fragment expression in engineering bacterium, HAPO obtain 31.8KD and 20.1KD (292 and 186 amino acid), after purification to immune rabbit, obtain specificity antibody, it is a tool for clinical and diagnosis in haemopoietic and blood vessel disease.
