Abstract:
The present invention discloses a novel polypeptide-human beta-preprotachykinin 9 and a polynucleotide encoding the same, as well as a method of producing the polypeptide by DNA recombinant technique. The present invention also discloses methods of using the polypeptide in treatment of various disease, such as laryngeal carcinoma, disease of nervous system, endocrine disorder, immunological disease, inflammation, various tumor, disorder of growth and development, blood disease, HIV infection and so on. The present invention also discloses an antagonist against the polypeptide and the therapeutic use of the same. Also disclosed is the use of such novel polynucleotide encoding human beta-preprotachykinin 9.
