Abstract:
The present invention discloses a novel polypeptide, a human cytochrome constitutive protein 45, the polynucleotide by DNA recombinant technology. The invention also discloses the uses of the polypeptide in methods for treating various diseases, such as malignant tumour, hemopathy, HIV infection, immunological disease, and various inflammation, etc. The invention also discloses the agonistes against the polypeptide and the therapeutic action thereof. The invention also discloses the uses of the polynucleotide encoding the novel human cytochrome constitutive protein 45.
