Title:
NOVEL POLYPEPTIDE SELECTIVELY BINDING TO IMMUNOGLOBULIN G OF MOUSE OR RABBIT AND USE THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/135545
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a novel polypeptide selectively binding to immunoglobulin G of a mouse or rabbit. More specifically, the present invention relates to a polypeptide binding to the immunoglobulin G of the mouse or rabbit, a polynucleotide encoding the polypeptide, an expression vector comprising the polynucleotide, a transformant into which the expression vector is introduced, a method for producing the polypeptide by using the transformant, and a composition for use in immunoassays comprising the polypeptide. The novel polypeptide according to the present invention can bind specifically to the immunoglobulin G of each mouse or rabbit, replace the existing expensive secondary immunoglobulin G and be used for various biological immunoassays. Also, a hybrid of the polypeptide of the present invention with immunoglobulin G is useful in the production of various immune sensors/immune chips and drug screening.
