Title:
NOVEL POLYPEPTIDE SELECTIVELY BINDING TO SH2 (SRC HOMOLOGY 2) DOMAIN OF BRUTON'S TYROSINE KINASE, AND USE THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/164358
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a novel polypeptide selectively binding to the SH2 domain of Bruton's tyrosine kinase and, more specifically, to: a polypeptide binding to the SH2 domain of Bruton's tyrosine kinase; a polynucleotide encoding the polypeptide; an expression vector comprising the polynucleotide; a recombinant microorganism into which the expression vector is introduced; and a method for producing the polypeptide by using the recombinant microorganism. In addition, the present invention relates to: a repebody complex in which a repebody and a cell delivery peptide are fused; a polynucleotide encoding the repebody complex; an expression vector comprising the polynucleotide; a recombinant microorganism into which the expression vector is introduced; and a method for producing the repebody complex by using the recombinant microorganism. The novel polypeptide according to the present invention specifically binds to the SH2 domain of Bruton's tyrosine kinase so as to be capable of inhibiting the activity of a tumor-inducing kinase, thereby being widely usable for developing a preparation for preventing or treating various cancers associated with Bruton's tyrosine kinase.
