Abstract:
The present invention relates to a novel polypeptide for specific recognition of a prostate cancer cell, and a derivative and the use thereof. The polypeptide is obtained by means of screening a phage-polypeptide library, can specifically bind to tumor cells, has a high binding efficiency, and can replace a traditional single-chain antibody as an extracellular recognition region to be used for preparing a chimeric antigen receptor-modified immune cell. By means of the preparation method, the time for screening the extracellular recognition region against a tumor with an undefined antigen can be significantly shortened, and the screened polypeptide ligand can bind to the tumor cells with higher binding efficiency, and therefore, the novel polypeptide has good application prospects.
