Abstract:
A novel power-assisted vehicle frame, comprising a vehicle frame body (1). The vehicle frame body (1) is formed by means of separately connecting a vehicle frame rear triangle (11), a vehicle frame middle tube (14), a vehicle frame bottom bracket (25), a vehicle frame upper tube (13) and a vehicle frame lower tube (2) and a vehicle frame head tube (12). The vehicle frame rear triangle (11) is connected to the vehicle frame middle tube (14) and the vehicle frame bottom bracket (25). One end of the vehicle frame upper tube (13) is connected to the vehicle frame middle tube (14). One end of the vehicle frame lower tube (2) is connected to the vehicle frame bottom bracket (25), and the left side of an upper part of the vehicle frame lower tube (2) is provided with a battery pack charging hole (8). The vehicle frame lower tube (2) is separately internally provided with a battery pack (21) and a controller (22). An outer surface of the battery pack (21) is provided with a concave groove (100), an inner wall of the vehicle frame lower tube (2) is provided with a convex groove (99), and the concave groove (100) is connected to the convex groove (99). The other ends of the vehicle frame upper tube (13) and the vehicle frame lower tube (2) are each connected to the head tube (12). The head tube (12) is provided with an opening (3), the opening (3) is connected to a head tube cover (4), and the head tube cover (4) is provided with a round hole (41). The present power-assisted vehicle frame effectively solves the problems in which the wires and batteries in existing power-assisted vehicle frames are easily damaged by long-term exposure, and the batteries and wires are difficult to disassemble and affect charging.
