Abstract:
A semiconductor electronic device. Conversion of an electric signal is completed by modulating conductivity of the semiconductor electronic device, and by replacing an active semiconductor electronic device based on a current change with an inactive semiconductor electronic device based on a conductivity change and applying same to technology and devices of semiconductor electronics, critical problems such as heating in the theory and technology of semiconductor electronics are effectively solved, and functions and characteristics of semiconductor electronic devices are completely fulfilled. According to different requirements on the functions, characteristics and the like, the semiconductor electronic device is manufactured by selecting different semiconductor materials; the operating rate is improved by more than 100 times; normal, stable and reliable operation can be maintained at an environment temperature of 80°C or less; preheating is not needed; steady operation can be achieved immediately after startup; by using a chip having stronger performance, higher stability and reliability, and lower power consumption, the capability and speed of data processing of the electronic device are improved, and a barrier that needs to be broken in emerging fields such as unmanned driving, artificial intelligence and wise information technology of medicine is solved. Principles and technology of semiconductor electronics, structures and operating principles of devices, design of circuits, manufacturing and materials for devices, and functions and characteristics of products are involved, relating to the technical field of semiconductor electronics.
