Abstract:
A process for extracting Paecilomyces hepiali. Paecilomyces hepiali fermentation broth is filtered by a ceramic membrane to obtain a concentrated solution and a filtered solution, and the concentrated solution is then dried by spray-type feed airflow. A large amount of time is saved for subsequent spray-type feed drying while Paecilomyces hepiali mycelium is obtained by using a ceramic membrane filtration method. Moreover, a spray-type feed airflow drying process is used for one-step drying to obtain the finished product. The process is simple and efficient, the extraction rate of the Paecilomyces hepiali finished product is up to 95% or more, the moisture content of the obtained material is less than 0.2%, and the loss rate of the material is less than 2%.
