Abstract:
A novel process for longitudinal sealing of beverage package box packaging material.
It cuts the paper with a gap of 6-16 mm wide before the paper is coated, compounding
the paper with plastic film and aluminum foil, cutting the central line open with
both sides left with 3-8mm plastic edges, with one edge super positioned on the
other, heat welding to the seal packing box, the said paper having a cutting width
of 10-12 mm. It changes previous multi layer compound process, with first open
then close, ensuring the vertical seal of the packing material, saving the expensive
sealing strip and structures to stick the strips.
