Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a highly active promoter. A promoter that comprises DNA selected from among (a) to (c): (a) DNA that comprises the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1; (b) DNA that comprises a nucleotide sequence having 96% or higher identity to the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 and that has a promoter activity; and (c) DNA that comprises a nucleotide sequence derived from the the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 by deletion, substitution or addition of from 1 to 5 nucleotides and that has a promoter activity.
