Abstract:
A novel pump, comprising a press cap (1), a container cap (2), a pump body (3) and a pump core (4). The outer side wall of an upper opening of the pump body (3) is connected in an airtight manner to the inner wall of the container cap (2). The pump core (4) is disposed in the pump body (3). The upper portion of the inside of the container cap (2) is provided with a boss (21) projecting toward the upper end of the inside of the pump body (3). The boss (21) is provided with a central through hole (22). An upper pump tube (41) is slidingly inserted into the central through hole (22). The lower end of the press cap (1) fits tightly into an upper opening of the upper pump tube (41). A valve seat (411) is provided in the upper pump tube (41). A first valve body (5) is arranged between the valve seat (411) and the lower end of the press cap (1). The outer side wall of the first valve body (5) fits tightly against the inner side wall of the upper pump tube (41) and the bottom end of the first valve body (5) abuts the valve seat (411). A second valve body (6) is disposed between the bottom of the pump core (4) and a lower opening of the pump body (3). The second valve body (6) abuts the lower opening the pump body (3). The outer side wall of the second valve body (6) is connected in an airtight manner to the inner side wall of the lower opening of the pump body (3). The press cap (1), the container cap (2), and the pump body (3) are made of an all-plastic material. The components of the novel pump are each made of all-plastic, polyurethane, or silicon rubber material. The invention may be easily recycled, is inexpensive to produce, does not chemically react with the associated liquid, and is safe and healthy.
