Abstract:
The invention relates to a compound of general formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable enantiomer, tautomer, salt, solvate or prodrug of said compound, or a mixture thereof, and to the use of said compound as a drug, in particular as an antiviral drug, especially for use in the treatment of a disease or disorder caused by a virus. [Chem.60] X= O or CH2; R1= H, OH, NH2; R2= H, NH2, -NH-benzoyle, OH, Cl; R3, R4 and R5 have various meanings.
