Abstract:

Pyrimidine derivatives represented by general formula (I) or pharmacologically acceptable acid-addition salts thereof which inhibit blood flow into tumor tissues essentially needed for the proliferation of solid tumors and exert antitumor effects seemingly based on the above-mentioned function. In said formula, m is 3 or 4; X represents methylene, hydroxymethylene, methoxymethylene or oxygen; n is an integer of 1 to 3; A represents hydrogen or methyl; and B represents hydroxymethyl, ethyl having 1 or 2 hydroxyl groups or propyl having 2 or 3 hydroxyl groups.
