Abstract:
A pyrimidopyridine compound, a pharmaceutical composition thereof, and a use thereof. Specifically, the present invention relates to a compound represented by formula (I), or a stereoisomer, a tautomer, a nitrogen oxide, a solvate, a metabolite, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or a prodrug of the compound represented by formula (I). The related compound and pharmaceutical composition thereof, as KRAS G12D inhibitors, can be used for preparing a drug for preventing or treating KRAS G12D-related diseases, especially for preparing a drug for preventing or treating cancer.
