Abstract:
The present invention relates to a recombinant Fc receptor and cells comprising same, and has cleavage resistance to ADAM17 through amino acid modification of an ADAM17 cleavage site in a CD16 polypeptide, and can improve binding affinity to an antibody Fc region by being substituted for all or a part of the extracellular binding domain of CD64.
