Abstract:
The present invention relates to an organic fertilizer comprising DS-EBN-CJY33, which is a novel Rhodobacter azotoformans strain, or a supernatant of a culture solution obtained by culturing the same. A preparation method therefor comprises: a strain isolation step of isolating the novel Rhodobacter azotoformans strain (DS-EBN-CJY33); a strain culturing step of culturing the strain obtained through the strain isolation step in a culture medium; and an organic fertilizer preparation step of putting the culture solution cultured through the strain culturing step in a centrifuge and obtaining a strain and a culture supernatant by isolating the culture solution into the strain and the culture supernatant.
