Abstract:
A novel smart transdermal and oral administration equipment and method, wherein the equipment comprises a transdermal diffusion instrument, the transdermal diffusion instrument comprising: a receiving pool (1), the receiving pool being provided thereon with two receiving pool openings (11), and the receiving pool being further provided thereon with sampling openings (12); and supply pools (2), each supply pool being provided with a supply pool opening (21), the two supply pool openings being opposite to the two receiving pool openings (11) respectively, and simulated skins (3) are further provided between each supply pool opening and receiving pool opening; the transdermal diffusion instrument further comprises: a positive patch (4) and a negative patch (5), the positive patch and the negative patch being attached onto two simulated skins (3) respectively; and a smart current controller (6), wherein the smart current controller is connected to the positive patch by means of a positive circuit and the smart current controller is connected to the negative patch by means of a negative circuit. Since two independent supply pools are provided, the problem of short circuiting caused by the positive patch and the negative patch being in close proximity is prevented, while a normal current loop may be formed.
