Abstract:
Disclosed is a novel SNCR spray gun fixing device, comprising a spray gun. An air source interface and a reducing agent interface are provided on the spray gun. A spray rod is provided on the spray gun. One end of the spray rod is provided with nozzle, and the other end of the spray rod passes through a boiler opening short joint and then extends outside the boiler opening short joint. The boiler opening short joint is fixed to the spray rod by means of a fixing bolt. One end of the boiler opening short joint is provided with a connecting flange. The SNCR spray gun fixing device of the present invention can effectively prevent the spray gun from rotating due to the looseness of the fixing device in the process of operation, and can also adjust the length of the spray gun extended in the boiler by means of a fixing screw and a fixing bridge, so as to ensure the service life of the spray gun, thereby reducing the labor intensity in the process of production, ensuring the stable denitration and the denitration efficiency, achieving the ultimate purpose of curbing environmental pollution, and improving the production efficiency. The SNCR spray gun fixing device is convenient to operate and maintain.
