Abstract:
A novel special fire-resistant rope, comprising a rope body. The rope body is formed of a rope core, a fire-resistant layer, and a wear-resistant layer; the rope core is formed of a plurality of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene fibers and high-strength polypropylene fibers; first connecting blocks are fixedly connected to the two ends of the outer surface of the rope body; fixing holes are formed at the tops of the first connecting blocks; the left inner wall of each fixing hole is provided with two first connecting grooves; the inner surface of each first connecting groove is fixedly connected to a rope buckle body; the left end of the outer surface of the rope body is fixedly connected to a PP pipe; the rope buckle body is formed of a first fixing rod, a fixing block, a connecting hole, a round rod, a limiting plate, a second fixing rod, a second connecting groove, a second connecting block, and a nut. According to the novel special fire-resistant rope, by means of the structures of the first connecting block, the fixing hole, the first connecting groove, and the rope buckle body, the rope body can be fixed, and by means of the structure of the nut, the rope body can be secured and the firmness of the rope body can be enhanced.
