Abstract:
The present invention provides a rabbit monoclonal antibody to acetylated mouse BubR1 and a preparation method therefor and, more particularly, provides the use of the monoclonal antibody in a method for measuring the activity of cell division checkpoints on the basis of a degree of acetylation of BubR1, a method for detecting a tumor disease on the basis of aberrant cell division, a method for diagnosing cancer, a method for screening anti-cancer agents, or a method for regulating a cell division cycle.
