Title:
NOVEL SPIRAL MESH BELT FLIP DETECTION DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/006885
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A novel spiral mesh belt flip detection device, comprising a spiral mesh belt (1) fixedly provided on a side surface of a column (2). The column (2) is in the shape of a quadrangular prism. A mounting fastener (7) is fixedly provided on the column (2) and a side surface of the mounting fastener (7) is welded to a mounting support (4). The mounting support (4) is provided with an elliptical through hole (10) running therethrough. A detection rod (5) extends out of the through hole (10) and a plurality of freely rotatable circular discs (3) is sleeved on the detection rod (5). An outer lower surface of the disc (3) is fitted to a surface of the spiral mesh belt (1). A disc-shaped contact panel (6) is fixedly provided at the bottom of the detection rod (5). A sensor support (8) is provided on a side edge of the column (2) directly below the touch panel (6). A proximity sensor (9) is fixed on the sensor support (8). A sensing end of the proximity sensor (9) is disposed opposite of the touch panel (6). The detection device is simple in structure. The disks (3) are provided on the edge of the mesh belt (1). As the mesh belt (1) operates, the disks (3) and the detection rod (5) rotate constantly without freezing. If the belt flips and rises to a certain height, a stroke switch sends a signal. The invention runs smoothly and offers accurate flip detection.
