Abstract:
Disclosed is a stable crystal of 1-(2'-cyano-2'-deoxy-β-D-arabinofuranosyl)cytosine monohydrochloride. The crystal of 1-(2'-cyano-2'-deoxy-β-D-arabinofuranosyl)cytosine monohydrochloride shows characteristic peaks at 13.7°, 15.7°, 16.0°, 18.6°, 20.3°, and 22.7° as diffraction angles (2θ ± 0.1°) by powder X-ray diffractometry and has a melting point of 192 to 197°C.
